Scrambled eggs alla Franzii

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 250 g leaf spinach
  • 60 ml cream
  • 1 half onion(s)
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • e.g. garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with spinach and ham

Dice the onions and fry them in a pan with the spinach and a little oil. Meanwhile, combine the cream with the eggs and season well. Chop the cooked ham and add it to the pan with the spinach and onions. Pour the eggs over the top and fry, stirring, until the eggs are completely set. Season to taste, if desired.
