Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g instant coffee powder
  • 2 kg sugar
  • 1 ¼ liters of water
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

The pot used to make the syrup should hold at least 3 liters. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. When the water is bubbling, add the sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Stir occasionally with a whisk and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Bring 250 ml of water to a boil and dissolve the instant coffee in it. Pour the dissolved instant coffee into the sugar water and stir, and the syrup is ready. Once cooled, pour a little syrup into a glass, add cold milk, stir, and your iced coffee is ready. I personally pour the syrup into 1-liter swing-top bottles after it has cooled.
