Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 70 g coconut oil
  • 140 g onion(s), finely diced
  • 220 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the coconut oil and simmer the diced onions until translucent. In another pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil with the slightly crumbled yeast cube. Remove from the heat and add the coconut oil and onion mixture to the yeast mixture. Using a whisk, stir in the breadcrumbs, oatmeal, and marjoram into the liquid mixture. Then return it to the heat and bring it to a boil briefly. Pour into a container, let it cool, and then refrigerate.
