Strawberry-raspberry jam with strawberry-lime

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries, peeled and weighed
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 180 g gelling sugar 3:1
  • 5 tbsp liqueur (strawberry-lime)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Halve or quarter the strawberries, depending on their size. Heat them in a saucepan with the raspberries until they reach a mushy consistency. Stir in the strawberry-lime syrup. Then add the gelling sugar, stir, and let everything simmer for a few minutes. Pour the mixture into prepared jars while still hot, seal them immediately, and let them rest upside down for about 5 minutes. Depending on the jar size, this will yield 3-4 jars. Of course, you can vary the amount of strawberry-lime syrup to your liking.
