Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml water
  • 2 kg apples
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar (bourbon)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel, core, and finely chop the apples. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil until the apples are tender. Puree and pour into sterilized jars while still hot. Place in a canning machine for another 30 minutes at 90°C.
