Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 425 ml juice (carrot juice)
  • 325 ml orange juice
  • 1 pkt. gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then boil gently for about 1.5 minutes. Pour the jelly into prepared twist-off jars. Seal the jars tightly and let them cool upside down, holding the lids upside down. This recipe was created from leftovers, is quick, and we think it tastes great on cream cheese.
