Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g rosehips
  • 65 ml white wine
  • 90 g powdered sugar
  • 1 orange(s), the juice
  • 1 cl orange liqueur
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Wash, trim, and pit the rosehips. Bring the white wine to a boil, add the rosehips, and simmer over low heat until soft. Puree and pass through a sieve. Season the purée with powdered sugar, orange juice, and liqueur, and let cool. Mix the quark, cream cheese, cream, and sugar well. Layer the rosehip purée in tall glasses. Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve well chilled.
