Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pasta, spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g ham, diced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g blue cheese, Gorgonzola
- 200 g cream
- 1 tbsp brandy
- 1 dashes Tabasco
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti until tender. Fry the ham cubes in oil. Press the garlic cloves through a garlic press and fry with the ham. Add the Gorgonzola to the pan, pour over the cream, and stir until the cheese has melted. Season with Tabasco, brandy, pepper, and salt. Mix the pasta with the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese after serving. Serve with tomato salad and perhaps a glass of red wine.
