Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 280 g flour
- 110 g sugar
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 60 ml oil
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 200 g yogurt (Straciatella yogurt)
- ½ jar sour cherries
- 1 shot of Amaretto
- chocolate flakes
- Almond flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix briefly. Divide the batter into paper baking cups or muffin tins. Sprinkle with chocolate flakes and sliced almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C (350-375°F) for about 30 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
