  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 1 cup of quark (herb quark), small
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 dashes lemon(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Roughly chop the onion and bell pepper. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. The amount of spices can be adjusted to your liking.
