Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 250 g sausage (cooked ham or meat sausage)
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s) (usually use one more)
  • 1 large green bell pepper(s)
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 2 bunches of chives
  • 1 pack of peas (frozen)
  • 5 cucumber(s), sour (Sticksi cucumbers)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • curry powder
  • Salt
  • possibly water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti and let it cool. Wash and chop the bell peppers, then add them to a bowl along with the peas and chopped cucumber. Add the spaghetti and cooked ham, and mix everything with a jar of Miracle Whip. If the salad is getting too thick, add a little water. Chop the chives and add them to the salad along with the seasoning. My tip: This salad also tastes great without cooked ham or sausage, and we almost always eat it without. It also tastes best when it’s been allowed to sit for a day.
