Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 5 tbsp syrup (lime syrup)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 750 ml sparkling wine
  • 1 ½ liters of beer (e.g. Kristallweizen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut into pieces. Wash the lime, halve it lengthwise, and cut it into thin slices. Add the lime syrup, sugar, and sparkling wine and let stand for half an hour. Then carefully pour in the beer.
