Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter grape juice or cherry juice
  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • 2 tea bags (rosehip fruit tea with hibiscus)
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 piece(s) lemon peel, or orange

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the two tea bags in a large pot and pour in about 1.5 liters of boiling water. Let it steep until it turns a nice red. Then add 1 liter of grape juice (cherry juice works too, it’s a matter of taste), the spices, and the piece of peel to the pot, and bring everything to a boil. It’s a popular choice for lantern processions or just for the evenings; it warms you up nicely.
