Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp seeds (chia)
  • 150 ml water
  • 8 tbsp yogurt, 3.8%
  • 4 tbsp spelt flakes
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 4 tbsp berries (goji), unsweetened

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

with chia seeds and goji berries

The night before, combine the chia seeds with the water in a container and let them soak overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, add the yogurt, spelt flakes, oatmeal, and goji berries and mix well. Tip: If you like, you can sprinkle cinnamon on top. It goes really well.
