Tomato Salad with Parmesan
The perfect tomato salad with parmesan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 1 Onion rings blue
- 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 25 Chopped basil leaves
- 5 tablespoon Olive oil fruity
- 1 tablespoon Dark balsamic vinegar
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 1 Seasoned Salt
- 1 Black pepper from the mill
- Cut the tomatoes into slices and cut the spring onions into rings. Add the cheese, basil, garlic and onions and mix together.
- Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a whisk, season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
