Tomato Salad with Parmesan

The perfect tomato salad with parmesan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 1 Onion rings blue
  • 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 25 Chopped basil leaves
  • 5 tablespoon Olive oil fruity
  • 1 tablespoon Dark balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Black pepper from the mill
  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices and cut the spring onions into rings. Add the cheese, basil, garlic and onions and mix together.
  2. Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a whisk, season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
