Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of coffee, hot
  • 1 scoop of ice cream (vanilla)
  • 1 jar Grand Marnier
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, place one scoop of vanilla ice cream in a large cup or heat-resistant glass. Pour the hot coffee over it. If desired, you can sweeten the coffee slightly. Finally, pour a glass of Grand Marnier over the ice cream and enjoy it hot. We first came to know and appreciate this coffee years—oh, what am I saying, decades—ago in Gran Canaria. It’s delicious any time of year.
