Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g pork fillet(s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 150 g mountain cheese, grated
  • 100 g fried onions (ready-made product)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Baked pork fillet

Clean the mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Rinse the chives, shake them dry, and cut them into small rolls. Mix both with the mountain cheese and fried onions. Preheat oven to 225°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the pork fillet into 8 slices and flatten them slightly. Season with salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a large casserole dish, leaving some space between them. Spread the cheese mixture over the schnitzels and sprinkle with paprika. Roast in the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately.
