Ingredients for 10 servings:
- ½ liter of water
- 8 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 250 g sugar
- ¼ liter white rum
- ¼ liter of brandy (cognac/brandy)
- 5 cl Maraschino
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water, remove the pot from the heat. Squeeze the oranges and lemons, add the juice and the remaining ingredients to the sugar water, and heat again, but do not boil.
