Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ liters dry red wine
  • 1 bottle of dry sparkling wine
  • 2 jars of morello cherries
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 apples
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 can of pineapple 850 g
  • 250 ml Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Pour the cherries and liquid into a bowl. Chop the fruit into small pieces, add to the morello cherries, and fill with Amaretto so that all the fruit is covered. Stir everything together and let it steep for 2 hours. Just before serving, add the wine and sparkling wine.
