Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 3 tsp maple syrup or runny honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, pure, or 1/2 pck. Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- Seasonal fruit, fruit sauce and/or nuts

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the fruit, and refrigerate in a sealed jar for 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with seasonal fruit, fruit sauce, or nuts the next morning and enjoy. This recipe can also be made with regular milk.
