Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 bags of poppy seeds (poppy seed baking)
- 1 cup of cream
- n. B. Chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Sheet cake
Combine butter, sugar, flour, eggs, baking powder, sour cream, and poppy seed mixture and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes. After baking, spread the cream directly over the still-hot cake. Let cool. Once cooled, cover with melted chocolate.
