Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g potatoes
- 1 small onion(s)
- 200 g sauerkraut
- ½ tsp oil
- 125 ml broth
- ¼ tsp marjoram, dried
- 1 bay leaf
- 100 g apricot(s), reduced-calorie, from the jar
- 100 g smoked pork, boned
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and cook the potatoes. Peel and chop the onion. Sauté with the sauerkraut in hot oil. Add the broth and herbs. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the apricots and meat, removing any fat, and cook for about 10 minutes.
