Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1,000 g bacon, diced
- 1,000 g beef, diced
- 1,000 g pork, diced
- 1,000 g minced meat
- 1,000 g tomatoes, peeled and diced
- 1,000 g onion(s), in rings
- 1,000 g bell pepper(s), red and green, diced
- 2 bottles of sauce (shashlik sauce)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place tomatoes on the bottom layer of a large roasting pan. Add the meat and vegetables on top and pour the sauce over them. Cook in a covered pan at 180 degrees Celsius for 2 hours. Roast uncovered for another 30-60 minutes. Serve with rice or white bread.
