Raspberries and peaches with vanilla cream and cane sugar

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup yogurt (vanilla)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cans of raspberries
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • some brown cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

The instructions can be varied according to taste. Some people prefer more fruit, others a little more cream and less yogurt; just experiment! Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and stir in the yogurt until smooth. Chop the peaches and place them in a bowl, casserole dish, or similar dish with the drained raspberries. Spread the cream and yogurt mixture over the mixture and sprinkle with plenty of brown sugar.
