Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 180 g sugar
- 160 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp Nutella
- 100g Nutella
- 200 g cream
- some powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the remaining ingredients and stir in. The batter will be slightly runny. Grease a 28 cm springform pan and pour in the batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for about 25 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool. Cut the cake in half horizontally. Spread the base with Nutella. Whip the cream until stiff and spread over the Nutella. Place the base on the cake and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
