Loni's beetroot dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup herb curd
  • e.g. juice (beetroot juice) from the jar or cucumber juice
  • some salt and pepper
  • some sweetener, liquid or sugar or stevia
  • 150 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 1 minute

Dressing for fish and salad

Mix the quark with a little beetroot juice and the yogurt until well combined. The dressing shouldn’t be too thin. Season with salt, pepper, and a dash or two of sweetener. The dressing also tastes good using the water from pickled cucumbers. For a simple yogurt dressing, you can omit the juice or cucumber liquid and refine it with fresh herbs or leeks. This makes it perfect for my wraps or dürüm. You can find the recipes in my recipes.
