Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g sugar
- 200 ml oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 cup semolina
- some flavoring (lemon flavor)
- 3 handfuls of desiccated coconut
- n. B. Icing sugar for garnishing
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Pour the yogurt into a bowl and rinse the container. Measure the semolina using the empty yogurt container. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, pour into a greased baking pan, and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. The cake may need a little more time in the oven. I always do the toothpick test. Remove the finished cake from the oven and let it cool. Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
