Juicy red wine punch cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml wine (mulled wine)
  • 300 g butter
  • 275 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 375 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 150 g chocolate shavings
  • Chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pot cake

Cream the softened butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Combine the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon, and cocoa powder and stir in. Then gradually add the mulled wine. Finally, fold in the chocolate shavings. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), pour the cake into a greased Bundt cake pan, and bake for about 1 hour (test with a skewer). Once cooled, the cake can be decorated with white and dark chocolate coating.
