Ravioli with pine nuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g ravioli, fresh (refrigerated)
  • 6 tbsp olive oil for frying
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 25 g pine nuts
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the tomatoes into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cook the ravioli until al dente. Heat the olive oil. Sauté the tomatoes and garlic in it. Mix in the chopped basil and drained ravioli. Sprinkle everything with Parmesan cheese and pine nuts.
