Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 100 g butter, soft
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 g almond flakes
- 100 g butter

- 4 tbsp milk or cream

Cake
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) top and bottom heat. Grease and flour a 26-28 cm springform pan. Beat the eggs with sugar and butter until fluffy. Mix in the salt, vanilla sugar, and flour with baking powder. Pour the batter into the pan and bake on the lowest rack of the oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan, stir in all the other topping ingredients, and bring the mixture to a boil while stirring continuously. Remove the cake from the oven, spread the topping on top, and bake for another 20 minutes.
