Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g fig(s), dried
  • 50 g date(s), pitted
  • 125 g plum(s), dried
  • 25 g raisins
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • ½ stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 3 carnations
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 125 g sugar (brown rock candy)
  • 700 ml brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour all ingredients into a large glass. The ingredients should be covered with brandy! Let the liqueur steep for 4 weeks, then strain through a filter. Let the suspended particles settle (2 days), then filter again and enjoy.
