Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 170 g condensed milk (10%)
  • 250 ml schnapps (double grain)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for the Thermomix 3300

Beat egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla sugar for 10 minutes at 80°C on speed 1. After 4 minutes, pour in the condensed milk and Doppelkorn wheat flour through the lid. While still hot, pour into bottles and seal. Let cool lying down and store in a cool place.
