Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 70 g butter, liquid
- 3 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 2 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 150 g brown sugar
- 150 g peanut butter, with or without pieces
- 1 shot of Liqueur 43
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
you have to love them, for 12 muffins
Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit). Using a hand mixer, mix melted butter with sugar and eggs for 1-2 minutes. Add peanut butter and liqueur and mix well. Then add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and continue mixing. For a nicer consistency, add the milk. Pour batter into the muffin tin slightly more than halfway and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
