Beetroot and spinach smoothie with orange

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 beetroot, cooked
  • 1 handful of spinach, fresh
  • ½ orange(s)
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the beetroot into pieces, wash the spinach and roughly chop it. Peel and chop the orange. Puree the beetroot, spinach, and orange pieces with the buttermilk and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
