- 1 pomelo(s)
- 4 tbsp sugar, brown
- 2 tbsp cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes
Sweet, stuffed pomelo halves from the oven
Halve the pomelo, scoop out the flesh, remove the seeds, mix the flesh of each half with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of cream, and stuff the halves back into the pan. Heat briefly in the oven for a few minutes.
