Hot chocolate pudding with marshmallows

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 60 g cornstarch
  • n. B. Marshmallow(s) (Minis)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat two-thirds of the milk and dissolve the chopped chocolate and sugar in it. Mix the remaining (cold) milk with the cornstarch. Bring the chocolate milk to a boil, add the remaining milk, and bring back to a boil while stirring. Pour into bowls and add the mini marshmallows, if desired, and stir in. The marshmallows will then melt in the hot pudding. Serve while still hot.
