Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 sausages
  • 1 onion(s)
  • margarine
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • ½ tsp flour
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 4 tbsp coffee cream or cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Slice the sausage and fry with the diced onions. Stir in ketchup and sprinkle with flour, then add water. Season with soup seasoning and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the coffee cream and season with salt. Serve with baguette, bread, or rice.
