Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 handfuls of Chinese cabbage, red
- 6 tbsp sour milk
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 tbsp coconut blossom syrup
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together and serve.
