quick to make – super tasty

In a bowl, mix the orange zest with 200 ml of orange juice and sugar. Then stir in the mascarpone and orange yogurt (or crème fraîche). Place half of the sponge fingers in the bottom of a gratin dish. Mix together 300 ml of orange juice and Grand Marnier. Drizzle the sponge fingers with half of this mixed liquid. Spread half of the cream mentioned above on top and cover with the remaining sponge fingers. Drizzle with more orange juice mixture and finish with the cream. Refrigerate the orange tiramisu for at least 2 hours – longer is better – before serving. Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder or grated dark chocolate, if desired. Tip: Garnish with orange segments if desired.
