Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g nectarine(s) (weighed without stone)
- 1 lemon(s)
- 170 g gelling sugar, 3:1
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Puree the nectarines. Stir the zest of 1/2 lemon and the juice of the whole lemon into the fruit puree. Add the vanilla sugar and gelling sugar and bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Pour into clean jars, seal, and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
