Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g banana(s)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Blend all ingredients together and pour into a running ice cream maker. Stir for approximately 20-30 minutes.
