Gorgonzola sauce with walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g Gorgonzola, diced
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat-leaf, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the diced onion in butter. Pour in the heavy cream and milk. Melt the Gorgonzola in this sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, stir in the walnuts and chopped parsley.
