Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g sugar
- 50 g cocoa powder (Nesquik)
- 80 g butter, liquid
- 200 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dl buttermilk, plain
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Low-fat cake – only about 6g fat per piece
Prepare a 22cm cake pan (grease or line with baking paper). In a deep bowl, vigorously mix the sugar, Nesquik, melted butter, 1/2 of the flour, salt, vanilla sugar, buttermilk, and baking powder for 2-3 minutes. Add the eggs and the rest of the flour and continue beating briefly. Pour the batter into the cake pan. Bake in the lower half of the preheated oven at approximately 160°C (320°F) for approximately 45 minutes (test with a pin).
