Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 g butter, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

a simple recipe

Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Then add the butter, followed by the scraped seeds from the two vanilla pods. Alternately add the flour and milk to the batter and mix well until no lumps remain. Cover the batter and let it rest for about 1/2 hour. Then bake in a waffle iron. Dusted with powdered sugar and/or served with hot cherries, it’s a dream!
