Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g couscous, already cooked
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 150 g fruit of your choice, cut into small pieces
  • 180 g yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the couscous with the fruit juice and honey, then let it sit for about 15-20 minutes. Then layer the couscous, fruit, and yogurt into a dessert bowl.
