Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 2 bulb(s)
- 300 g sour cream
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- n. B. sugar or liquid sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
light and creamy
Peel the fruit and cut into bite-sized pieces. Combine the sour cream with the vanilla sugar, and sweeten with sweetener or sugar if desired. Mix everything together gently. Either eat it right away or let it sit in the fridge for a while, making sure all the banana pieces are covered with the cream, otherwise they’ll turn brown.
