Cold yogurt soup with tangerines

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 2 class can/n mandarin(s) (drained weight each can 175 g)
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the mandarins and reserve the juice. Halve the mandarin segments. Thin the yogurt in a bowl with enough mandarin juice until the yogurt has a soup-like consistency. I usually use about two-thirds of the juice. Then just add the mandarin segments and serve. Tip: If you like it a bit sweeter, you can add powdered sugar, but I think it tastes better without.
