Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 1 pack of cream cheese
- 1 pack of cream cheese with herbs
- Milk or water
- Salt
- Garlic, to taste
- Herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
Crumble the feta and mix with the cream cheese and a little water or milk. Blend with a mixer until smooth. Season with salt, garlic, and herbs. It’s best to prepare it a day in advance and let it chill in the refrigerator.
