Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g quark
- ½ lemon(s), zest and juice
- possibly chives
- possibly cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
quick dip for fondue, vegetables, etc.
Grate the lemon zest. Place the quark in a bowl and stir until smooth. Add the lemon zest. Squeeze the lemon and stir the juice into the quark. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, add finely chopped chives. If the dip is too thick, it can be thinned with a little cream. Tastes great with raw vegetables, fondue, baked potatoes, or simply on bread.
