Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large kohlrabi
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the Quick Chef

Peel the kohlrabi and cut it into eighths. Place the kohlrabi pieces in the Quick-Chef, add salt, pepper, and oil. Then close the Quick-Chef and rotate it until small pieces form.
